Tickets are sold through Smith'sTix and are available at any Smith'sTix outlet, find a location, charge by phone at 801.467.TIXX or 1.800.888.TIXX, or online at Smithstix.com

Tickets are also sold at Sandy City Hall 10000 S Centennial Pkwy, room 310, 801.568.ARTS (2787), Open 9:00 am-4:00 pm. Tickets purchased over the phone or online will be held in the "Flash" digital will-call.

An early entrance pass is available for $5 each and lets lawn ticket holders get into the venue early to set up chairs or blankets. Only 150 are sold per concert.

"FLASH" will-call: physical tickets are a thing of the past

New is the "Flash" digital will-call. Simply choose the "FLASH" option when you purchase tickets with your credit card (over the phone or online) and the night of your show go directly to the gate, swipe the same credit card with one of our ushers and your seat location prints right out.

Flash SeatsĀ® users can also use their mobile phone to enter events. The Flash SeatsĀ® Mobile app (available for download on Google Play and Apple APP Store) displays a 2D barcode that can be scanned by the ushers for entry. The 2D barcode represents the user's Mobile ID and is another form of patron ID. Have your credit card available as an alternative ID source.

Amphitheater Ticket Office
The ticket office at the Amphitheater is in a stand alone building next to the west side entrance. There is no longer a ticket office on the east side. The entrance on the east side is located in the middle of the tree-lined trail. Once you go through the gates into the fenced area, you are in the venue and there is no re-entry.

The ticket office opens at 6:00 pm the night of shows only and will remain open until intermission, around 9:15 pm, and can sell tickets to all shows.

A photo ID or the credit card you purchased the tickets with are required.

Ticket Policies

Ticket price varies depending on the event. Event time is subject to change.

The Amphitheater is an outdoor venue with a covered stage. If it is raining at showtime, the show will go on.

There are no refunds or exchanges.

In case of severe weather, including lightning and high winds, the show will be held and patrons asked to take shelter in their cars. After the weather situation has been evaluated, it will be determined whether or not to continue with the show.

There are NO refunds for shows canceled after intermission. There will be refunds for shows canceled before intermission.


Children age 2 and under are free unless they require a seat. Children 3 and older require a ticket.


Sandy Amphitheater/ Sandy Arts Guild tickets are sold only through 3 authorized ticket outlets: Sandy Amphitheater, Sandy City Hall and Smith'sTix.

Tickets sold through third parties - ticket agencies or brokers - are substantially more expensive than the original ticket prices. Sandy Amphitheater and Smith'sTix are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.

We cannot prevent unauthorized third parties from buying tickets and selling them for substantially more. Never go through an unauthorized ticket broker. If you do, please be aware of the original ticket price and use caution to make sure the ticket is valid.
